Our integrated Project Management services are specifically focused on full Project Management, Management of Fit-Out Works, Lender’s Supervision for banks and other financial institutions as well as Technical Due Diligence.

Project Management and Cost Management

We advise our Clients throughout all stages of the development and construction process, starting with Conceptual Design and Investment Analysis, though to Design Management and Tender Management, and finally Project & Cost Management.  We can also manage the Technical Supervision of any construction work. We understand our clients’ goals and constraints, and advise on how to achieve them with minimal risk.  Our pragmatic approach and deep local knowledge, coupled with our wide international experience delivers best-in-class results.

Fit-Out Project Management and Overseeing

We diligently manage the fit-out process to ensure consistent, regular reporting and information flow so all stakeholders have transparency as the fit-out progresses towards successful conclusion.  Should fit-out Project Management be required then we can expertly deliver all stages from pre-contract and construction, to successful handover, in close collaboration with the client, be that locally or with a central workplace resources team.  Should a fit-out be delivered by a landlord as part of any new tenancy we can advise on specifications, additional tenant contributions and key contract terms, and then subsequently ensure that what was promised is actually delivered by the landlord.

Lender’s Supervision

Our experienced team monitors and reports to lenders during the development of a project on overall progress and performance against pre-agreed programmes and budgets.  We make sure that funds are being drawn down appropriately to the progress of a project, and that drawn down funds are being properly used.  Our experienced team and methodical approach protects the interests of lenders, and reduces risk.

Technical Due Diligence

Lenders, investors and occupiers increasingly call upon us to help them to understand the risks involved with their acquisition of new real estate investments.  Our Technical Due Diligence reports are an important tool for our clients in their deciding whether to progress with a real estate investment or not.  Before investment decisions are made, we provide detailed, costed reports highlighting the condition of a property and any defects therein - we are to-the-point, decisive and solution-driven where issues require resolution prior to any closing.
